Bob and Barbara Zielinski

Founders, Co-Executive Directors, Facilitators

Bob and Barbara Zielinski were married in 1970 and have been Marriage Educators since 1974.  They are qualified instructors for more than a dozen marriage and relationship programs including Couple LINKS-Military, a marriage enrichment class for Veterans which they are currently offering throughout Texas. 

Bob and Barbara have presented countless marriage and pre-marital workshops, couple retreats, trainings and enrichments for Veterans and Military Members throughout the U.S.  as well as delivering retreats for the US Army in Germany.  The Zielinski’s authored several marriage training guides and were the military columnists for Marriage Magazine as well as serving on local and national boards for healthy marriage organizations.

They are the founders of Marriage Management, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing marriage and relationship classes for those who served our country.  Their mission is to keep Military Marriages from becoming a Hidden Casualty of War!

Marriage Management achieved national recognition and was honored at the Pentagon by receiving the Newman’s Own Award.  These awards are given yearly for service to the military, and are co-sponsored by Fisher House and the Military Times Media Group.  Marriage Management’s Military and Veterans Marriage Management Project serves hundreds of veterans and military members each year with the support of many donors including the Texas Veterans Commission, Fund for Veterans’ Assistance and the United Way.

Bob and Barbara live in Burleson Texas; have three children and one grandchild.  Bob is an Honorable U.S. Army Veteran.
 



Barbara and Bob Lovelace

Business Directors

Barbara Lovelace has a BA and MA in History. She is the owner of Winning Solutions, Inc., one of the leading consulting firms for proposal development in the federal government marketplace. Bob Lovelace has a BS in Public Administration with 35 years’ experience as a sales executive, Trade Association management and personnel administration. He formerly served as president of the McLean County, Virginia Rotary Club and board member of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. He served on the Board of Directors of Youth for Tomorrow and Jacob’s Ladder. 



Roberta L. "Bobbi" Wolff

Director, Counselor, Advisor

Bobbi Wolff has a BA, MA and a degree in nursing. She is an experienced drug and alcohol abuse counselor and worked for Tarrant County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services, as a counselor, Court Services Representative, as Clinical Director and Program Manager of that Agency’s Comprehensive Alcohol Treatment Program. She held a CDAAC (Certified Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counselor). Bobbi is a trained mediator and therapist and instructor in Sciences at the Institute for Natural Healing Sciences. Bobbi’s husband David, now deceased, was awarded the Silver Star for Gallantry in Action, four Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart. He served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam.

Charlie and Lyn Wright

President, Board of Directors

Charlie is a former pastor and has degrees in business and marketing as well as a Masters in Divinity.  He is currently co-owner and Executive Vice-President for the award-winning Jack o’ Diamonds Lincoln/Honda dealership in Tyler.  Lyn has extensive administrative and fund-raising experience in the non-profit arena and has served in prison ministry.  



Mark Wiser

Director for Corporate Affairs and Family Legal Issues

Mark Wiser is a Family Law Attorney licensed and practicing in both Texas and Utah. Mark has a BA and JD. He worked pro bono for victims of domestic abuse at the Fort Worth Women’s Shelter. 

 



Dr. Karl Oelke, Military Advisor

Colonel Karl Oelke (US Army Retired) is a graduate of West Point who served in Vietnam and commanded an Air Defense Battery in Germany. He taught at West Point and at the US Army War College before becoming a professor and then Chair of the English Department at Union College, NJ. His devoted wife of 60 years, Sue, passed away in May 2018.

Thomas Lozinski, Psy.D*
Director of Psychology

Dr. Thomas Lozinski was an expert in the treatment of combat veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and readjustment counseling. He has been awarded state and federal contacts from the Veterans Administration and State of New Jersey since 1983. Dr. Lozinski was the former Chief Psychologist and Director of Research and Evaluation for Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University. Dr. Lozinski has numerous publications, presentations and awards for his methodologies and strategies in treating Veterans and their families. 


*Dr. Lozinski (Tom) was Bob Zielinski’s best friend as well as most influential advisor.  Although he passed away in 2016, we honor his contributions that made this organization exceptionally effective in reaching Veterans.
